    Three hours between guests

Short-term rentals: eleven o’clock out, two o’clock in. Karina’s team turns a flat in three hours with a timer, a plan and AI scheduling.

At eleven the guests check out; at two the next ones check in. In between there are three hours, a flat that looks lived in and a review that will be written about it either way.

One good AI tool instead of many sacrifices

Thomas, a Kailiniai hero

In Lithuanian, kailiniai means fur coats. Once, many fur coats meant many animals. Today the same wish, to do more, can often be met by one good AI tool: a fraction of the time, fewer resources, no animals harmed.

Let the right AI tool do the work while you think - or rest. AI is good, if you learn to find it and see it.

Kailiniai. Kailini AI. An original name - not a copy.

Our manifesto

Karina, a Kailiniai hero

Not for money - for the thrill. Not for power - for friendship and smiles. Not for control - for respect and love.

We read the old rulebook and put it down. Then we built something that explains AI in plain words and lets you laugh while you learn it. Say YES!

Same ask, better answer

Ema, a Kailiniai hero

The difference is in the setup, not the tool. Switch between an everyday prompt and one that tells the assistant how to work.

Before

Write a reply to this customer complaint.

After

Write a reply to this complaint. It must: apologise once, say what we will do and by when, avoid blaming the customer, and stay under 120 words. Check the draft against each point before you answer.
