Guide
A week of posts in twenty minutes — with one honest rule
Seven posts that look like a family and sound like you — planned on Sunday night in twenty minutes, not two hours.
What you need
- Your own product photos (even imperfect ones)
- An online design tool with templates
- One rule you will not let a template decide (e.g. the material)
Steps
Pick one template for the week
One layout, one font pair, one colour set — seven posts that look related are stronger than seven different ideas.
Use your own photos only
No stock “mood” images of things you do not sell. A slightly crooked real photo beats a perfect fake.
Rewrite the AI captions
Let the AI draft; keep your words. Use the prompt below with a few captions that already worked for you.
Write your one rule on every post
For Sandra it is the material — “Faux leather (PU)” on every caption and image. Pick yours and never skip it.
Schedule and stop
Schedule all seven, then close the laptop. Keep the captions that worked in a folder — they teach the AI your voice next week.
The full prompt
Copy it into any AI chat assistant and fill in the brackets.
You help me write a week of social media captions for my small shop. What I sell: [e.g. faux-leather bags and wallets] My one rule — every caption must state: [e.g. the material: "Faux leather (PU)"] Three captions that worked before (copy my style from these): [paste] This week's 7 products or moments: [list] Write 7 captions, one per day, each under 60 words, in my style. Every caption must include my rule word for word. Do not use words I did not use (no "luxurious", "genuine", "premium") and do not invent facts. Start with the result itself — no introduction, no summary at the end.
What you end up with
A scheduled week of posts that look designed and sound like you — and a customer who asks “real leather or plastic?” already has the answer on the image.
Common mistakes
- Letting the template or the AI decide the one fact you promised.
- Using a stock photo of a product or material you do not sell.
- Keeping AI words like “luxurious leather” you would never say.
