Alexa for Shopping can now handle more than 100 account tasks in a chat
Amazon added over 100 new actions to Alexa for Shopping, so US customers can manage lists, registries, Subscribe & Save deliveries, refunds and billing questions just by asking. It can also place an order on its own once an item drops to a price the customer has set. Amazon says more than 400 million customers used Alexa for Shopping in the last 12 months. For sellers, it is a sign that more Amazon orders may start in a conversation instead of a search box.
