Steps

  1. Take the colours from your own photos

Give the assistant five of your own photos and ask for the colours that repeat in them, with hex codes. Then test the palette for contrast so text stays readable.

    Weak

Give me a trendy colour palette.

    Better

From these five photos of my bakery, list the five colours that repeat most, with hex codes, and say which two work as text on which background with enough contrast.

  2. Pick two fonts and write down the rules

One font for headings, one for text. Write down sizes and when to use each, so every post looks like it came from the same place.

  3. Make a logo draft and check it

Sketch a simple mark and your name in a design tool, then remove the background so it sits cleanly on photos. Search the trademark registers for similar marks before you use it, and check with a professional if you plan to register it.

  4. Build three templates

Make three templates you will really use: an announcement, a product or service post and a tip post. Set your colours and fonts as a theme so new pages follow them.

  5. Plan a 30-day grid

Plan which template goes on which day for a month and load the posts into a scheduler. Repeat the three templates; the repetition is what makes the brand recognisable.

The full instruction

Copy it into any AI chat assistant and change only the first line.

Change only this line: BUSINESS = [a neighbourhood flower shop]

You help me build a simple brand kit from my own material.
My business is my BUSINESS. I attach five of my own photos of the shop, products or work.

Before you start, ask me two questions, one at a time: three words for how I want it to feel (for example warm, local, careful), and the platforms where I post.

Then do four things:
1. List the five colours that repeat in my photos, with hex codes, and say which pairs are readable as text on background.
2. Suggest two free fonts (one heading, one text) and the rules for using them.
3. Describe three post templates: announcement, product or service, tip. For each, layout, colours and font sizes.
4. A 30-day grid: day, template, topic.

Do not suggest a logo that copies a known brand.

After my answers, start with the colours.

What you end up with

A small brand kit you can use today: colours from your own photos, two fonts with rules, a checked logo draft, three templates and a month of planned posts.

Common mistakes

  • Picking colours you like instead of colours your photos and shop already have.
  • Using a logo draft without checking for similar existing trademarks.
  • Making ten templates and using none of them.

Processes that need more than one tool

Thomas, a Kailiniai hero

Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.

  1. Pick colours from your own photos

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → a colour palette tool

    1. Give five of your own photos to a chat assistant that reads images and ask for repeating colours with hex codes.
    2. Paste the codes into a colour palette tool and check contrast for text on background.

    The prompt for this process

Here are five photos of my own shop, products or work: [attach].

List the five colours that repeat most across them, with hex codes and where each one appears. Then say which pairs work as text on background with enough contrast, and which to avoid for text. Do not suggest colours that are not in my photos.

    Start with the five colours.

  2. Logo draft

Tools, in order: a design tool → Fotor

    1. Sketch a simple mark and your business name in a design tool.
    2. Remove the background in Fotor so it sits cleanly on photos, then search the trademark registers for similar marks.

    The prompt for this process

Help me sketch a simple logo draft I can make myself in a design tool.

    Business name: [name]
    What we do: [one sentence]
    Colours: [hex codes]
    Feel: [three words]

Describe 3 simple ideas: shape, where the name goes, which colour. Avoid anything close to a well-known brand. Then list how I should check for similar existing marks before using it.

    Start with idea 1.

  3. Three templates

Tools, in order: a design tool → Gamma

    1. Lay out the announcement, product or service and tip templates in a design tool with your colours and fonts.
    2. Set the same colours and fonts as a brand theme in Gamma for slides and one-pagers.

    The prompt for this process

Describe three post templates for my brand.

    Colours: [hex codes]
    Fonts: [heading font, text font]
Where I post: [platform and size]

For each template (announcement, product or service, tip), give: layout from top to bottom, which colour goes where, font sizes and the maximum number of words on the image. Keep them simple enough to fill in five minutes.

    Start with the announcement template.

  4. Plan a 30-day grid

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Blotato

    1. Ask the chat assistant for a 30-day plan that repeats the three templates.
    2. Load the first week of posts into Blotato and schedule them.

    The prompt for this process

Plan 30 days of posts for my business using only three templates: announcement, product or service, tip.

    My business: [one sentence]
Topics I can really post about: [list]
Days I post: [e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday]

Make a table: date, template, topic, one-line caption idea. Repeat the templates in a steady rhythm. No invented offers or numbers.

    Start with week 1.
