Show me, don’t tell me
Ten o’clock, a demanding owner, a flat after a hard tenancy.
The owner stood in the doorway in his grey coat, arms folded, tapping his watch. He had heard every promise after a hard tenancy before. “Every agency promises,” he said. “Show me, don’t tell me.” Karina turned the tablet towards him. “Then don’t blink.”
