Friday evening, laptop closed

Karina, a Kailiniai hero

On Friday at six Karina closes the laptop. That is the whole point of the company she is building.

The plan that runs without her

Why Karina builds her company: a Friday evening, a closed laptop, two children, two suitcases and a weekend that finally belongs to them.

Her weekend runs on the same system as her weekdays: the team has the checklists, the owners have their reports, and the short weekend video updates are made from photos and her recorded notes with an AI video tool. Nobody needs to call her to ask what to do next.

Monday, eight o’clock

Why Karina builds her company: a Friday evening, a closed laptop, two children, two suitcases and a weekend that finally belongs to them.

On Monday at eight the laptop opens again. The weekend reports are in, the owners are happy, and there is a shell from the beach next to the keyboard. For Karina, that is the result that matters most: the company worked, and she rested.
