Who it is for
Sellers, freelancers and shop owners who feel awkward discussing price, deadlines or terms, and want to stay friendly and fair while doing it.
What you will be able to do
- Prepare a negotiation in ten minutes by writing your yes, your no and your maybe.
- Open warmly so the first minute sets a kind mood.
- Ask questions that show what the other side truly needs.
- Answer too expensive without pressure and without apologising for your value.
- Trade one thing for another instead of simply giving in.
- Close with a short written summary that both sides understand.

The programme
Module 1: Prepare and open
Your limits written down, then a warm first minute.
- Know your yes, your no and your maybe. How to decide in advance what you will accept, what you will not and what you could consider. Calm in the room starts with clarity before it.
Practice: Write your yes, no and maybe for a real or upcoming conversation. - Open with warmth. Why a friendly first minute changes the mood of the whole talk and what a warm, honest opening sounds like.
Practice: Write a two-sentence opening for your next negotiation and say it aloud.
Module 2: Listen and respond
Questions before answers, and a calm reply to price pushback.
- Ask before you answer. How good questions reveal the real need behind a request, so that your answer fits and you do not argue about the wrong thing.
Practice: Prepare five open questions for a typical customer request. - Handle "too expensive" kindly. How to explain value without pressure when a person says too expensive, and when to hold the price.
Practice: Write your reply to too expensive in three versions and keep the kindest honest one.
Module 3: Trade and close
Exchange instead of giving in, then confirm the agreement.
- Trade, do not give in. The habit of offering options and exchanging one thing for another, such as scope for price or speed for fee.
Practice: Draw a small trade table for your service with three things you can flex. - Close and confirm. How to summarise the agreement in writing in a few lines so there is nothing left to guess.
Practice: Write a confirmation message for a pretend deal and check that nothing is vague.

How Kailini AI teaches you
As teacher. Kailini AI teaches each skill with plain examples, shows the same message in a pushy, a passive and a friendly version, and explains why the friendly version works better.
As guide. In the simulator, Kailini AI plays the other side with a chosen personality: hurried, doubtful or chatty. After each round it gives kind, specific feedback: what worked, one thing to try next time, and a better phrase to use. You can repeat any scenario as often as you like.
The result
You can prepare a negotiation in ten minutes, open warmly, ask good questions, respond to pushback calmly and close with a clear agreement that both sides understand. You practise in a safe simulator before real conversations.
Custom Agent continuation
A Custom Agent can prepare your negotiation briefs, draft follow-up summaries and keep your standard terms ready. You review and send everything yourself. See the Kailini AI Custom Agent.
