Steps

  1. Outline the workshop and make the slides

Thirty minutes is enough for three points and one live demo. Write the outline first, then turn it into slide text. Each slide says one thing; the details are in what you say.

    Weak

Everything you need to know about email marketing.

    Better

Three emails every new shop needs, with one live example written on screen in five minutes.

The prompt and the tool for this step

  2. Open a sign-up page with two reminder emails

A short page with a clear headline, three bullet points and the date and time with the time zone. Two reminders do most of the work: one the day before and one an hour before.

The prompt and the tool for this step

  3. Collect questions before and feedback after

Ask three short questions when people sign up, so you know their level and what they hope to learn. After the workshop, two feedback questions tell you what to keep for next time.

The prompt and the tool for this step

  4. Cut the replay into short clips with captions

Look for moments that make sense on their own: a clear tip, a before and after, an answer to a real question. Keep each clip under 60 seconds and caption every one.

The prompt and the tool for this step

  5. Post the clips with a link to the next workshop

One clip a day for a week keeps the workshop working after it ends. Each caption points to the next date, not to a sales page.

You help me plan a free 30-minute online workshop on my TOPIC.

Before you start, ask me who it is for and their level, the one thing they should be able to do afterwards, and the date, time and time zone. One question at a time.

Do four things:
1. Write a 30-minute outline: a short opening, three points, one live demo and five minutes for questions. Give the minutes for each part.
2. Write the slide text, one idea per slide, at most 15 words per slide.
3. Write the sign-up headline, three bullet points and two reminder emails (one day before, one hour before), each under 80 words.
4. Write three questions to ask at sign-up and two feedback questions for afterwards.

No income promises and no claims I cannot back up. Start with the outline.

What you end up with

A workshop that ran on time, a sign-up page that collected the right people, questions you could answer live and five captioned clips that keep bringing people to the next date. One specialised tool for each part meant less time fixing slides, emails and video by hand.

Common mistakes

  • Trying to cover ten points in thirty minutes.
  • Sending no reminder and wondering why half the sign-ups did not come.
  • Posting the full replay only, instead of short clips that stand on their own.

Processes that need more than one tool

Thomas, a Kailiniai hero

Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.

  1. Outline the workshop and make the slides

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Gamma

    1. Ask a chat assistant for a 30-minute outline: three points and one live demo.
    2. Paste the outline into Gamma and generate the slides.
    3. Cut every slide to one idea and check the demo slide on a phone.

    Recommended for this step: Gamma

Time: slides from an outline, not from a blank page

    The prompt for this process

Plan a free 30-minute online workshop. I will turn the outline into slides in Gamma.

    Topic: [topic]
    Audience and their level: [who]
One thing they should be able to do afterwards: [result]

Write a 30-minute outline with minutes per part: opening (3 min), three points, one live demo, questions (5 min). Then write the slide text: one idea per slide, at most 15 words per slide, at most 12 slides. Mark the slide where the live demo starts.

    Start with the outline.

  2. Open a sign-up page with two reminder emails

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Systeme.io

    1. Ask a chat assistant for the sign-up headline, three bullets and two reminder emails.
    2. Build the sign-up page in Systeme.io and set the two reminders as an email sequence.
    3. Sign up yourself to test that both reminders arrive.

    Recommended for this step: Systeme.io

    Time: reminders send themselves

    The prompt for this process

Write the sign-up page and two reminder emails for my free online workshop. I will set them up in Systeme.io.

    Workshop title: [title]
Date, time and time zone: [details]
What people will learn: [three points]
    Link to join: [LINK?]

Write: a headline of at most 10 words, three bullet points, one line with the date and time zone, a reminder email for one day before and one for one hour before. Each email under 70 words, with the join link and the time zone. No income promises.

    Start with the headline.

  3. Collect questions before and feedback after

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Typeform

    1. Ask a chat assistant for three sign-up questions and two feedback questions.
    2. Build both short forms in Typeform.
    3. Read the sign-up answers the day before and adjust the demo.

    Recommended for this step: Typeform

Quality: you answer what people really asked

    The prompt for this process

Write two short forms for my online workshop. I will build them in Typeform.

    Topic: [topic]
    Audience: [who]

Form 1, at sign-up: 3 questions about their level, what they hope to learn and one question they want answered live.
Form 2, after the workshop: 2 questions: what was most useful and what was missing.
Keep every question under 15 words and give answer options where possible.

    Start with form 1.

  4. Cut the replay into short clips with captions

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → OpusClip

    1. Paste the transcript into a chat assistant and ask for five moments that stand alone.
    2. Upload the recording to OpusClip, pick those moments and add captions.
    3. Watch each clip once and fix any caption word that is wrong.

    Recommended for this step: OpusClip

Time: one recording becomes a week of clips

    The prompt for this process

Here is the transcript of my 30-minute workshop. I will cut short clips in OpusClip.

    Transcript: [paste]

Find 5 moments that make sense on their own, each under 60 seconds: a clear tip, a before and after, or an answer to a real question. For each give: start and end time, a hook line of at most 8 words taken from what was said, and why it stands alone. Do not change any words.

    Start with moment 1.

  5. Post the clips with a link to the next workshop

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Blotato

    1. Ask a chat assistant for one caption per clip that points to the next workshop.
    2. Schedule the five clips in Blotato, one per day.
    3. Check the captions and the link on a phone.

    Recommended for this step: Blotato

Time: posting done in one sitting

    The prompt for this process

Write captions for 5 workshop clips. I will schedule them in Blotato, one per day.

Clip topics: [list the 5 moments]
Next workshop: [date and sign-up link]
    Channels: [e.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn]

For each clip write a caption of at most 50 words that gives the tip in one sentence and invites people to the next workshop. Keep the facts exactly as in the clip.

    Start with clip 1.
