Who it is for
students, adult learners and self-teachers who want an AI helper to support their learning, not to do their work for them.
What you will be able to do
- Define what you want to learn, by when, and the rules for using the helper
- Turn the goal into a weekly plan with short sessions
- Use the helper to test your understanding, not to replace it
- Verify what the helper tells you
- Build a lasting routine and be honest about what you can do alone

The programme
Module 1: Goal and rules and Build a study plan
Lessons 1 to 2: Goal and rules; Build a study plan.
- Goal and rules. Write the goal as something you can do: "explain how photosynthesis works in my own words", "solve ten problems on fractions without help". Set a date and a weekly time you can keep.
Practice: Write your goal, date and personal code. - Build a study plan. Break the subject into topics. Give each a session of 25 to 40 minutes, with a short break.
Practice: Build your three-week plan.
Module 2: Learn by explaining and being quizzed and Keep going and stay honest
Lessons 3 to 5: Learn by explaining and being quizzed; Check against real sources; Keep going and stay honest.
- Learn by explaining and being quizzed. The strongest method is to explain a topic in your own words and find the gaps. Tell the helper to act as a curious student, and teach it.
Practice: Teach one topic and take one quiz. - Check against real sources. The helper can be wrong: a wrong date, a mixed-up formula, an invented source. Always check against your course material, textbook or a trusted source.
Practice: Verify five facts from a helper explanation. - Keep going and stay honest. Keep a weekly review: what did I learn, what is shaky, what next? Test yourself without the helper from time to time, to see what you truly know.
Practice: Set the weekly review and write your honest-use note.

How Kailini AI teaches you
As teacher. Kailini AI teaches "Goal and rules" through to "Keep going and stay honest" in plain language, adapts the worked examples to your own situation and explains why a result went wrong.
As guide. For the practice tasks, such as "Write your goal, date and personal code", it reads your drafts, points out anything unclear or risky and checks your self-check with you.
The result
By the end of the course you can set a clear goal, build a study plan, learn by explaining and being quizzed, check answers against reliable sources and use the helper honestly under your school or employer rules.
Custom Agent continuation
After the course, a Kailini AI Custom Agent can keep your plan, quiz you on schedule and track the topics to review. It does not write graded work, it flags what you should verify and it says it is an AI. This is optional and separate. See the Kailini AI Custom Agent.
Honest note
Your AI helper can make mistakes and can state wrong things with confidence, so you stay in charge and check what you learn against your course materials and trusted sources. Results vary from person to person, and nothing in this course is a promise of grades, exam results or income. This course teaches a way to learn with an AI helper. It does not promise grades or exam results. Honesty about your own work always stays with you.
These courses give methods and examples. We do not promise results or earnings; what you achieve depends on your offer, your effort and your market.
