The programme

Module 1: Plan and write

Which markets and a source text that travels well.

  1. Why translate, and when not to. Why start with one or two markets and which signs say a translation is not needed yet.
Practice: Choose your first market and write why.
  2. Write a source text that translates well. How to write short sentences, avoid idioms and keep one idea per sentence so translation stays accurate.
Practice: Rewrite your product description in plain, translatable English.

Module 2: Adapt and check

Adapting to the reader and checking with a back-translation.

  1. Translate versus adapt. The difference between translating words and adapting meaning, including names, units, dates, politeness and humor.
Practice: Mark five items in your text that need adapting, not translating.
  2. Back-check. A simple method to translate back and compare the meaning, and how to read the differences.
Practice: Back-check one short message and note every difference.

Module 3: Build and review

A phrase bank, native review and short customer replies.

  1. Build a phrase bank. How to build a bank of reusable lines for greetings, delivery, returns and thank-you messages.
Practice: Write ten phrase-bank lines in your source language.
  2. Native review. How to find a native reviewer and what to ask them, so that review is quick and useful.
Practice: Write the review request you would send to a native speaker.
  3. Reply to customers. Short replies in a customer's language with a safe fallback when you are unsure.
Practice: Prepare three customer replies and a fallback line.

How Kailini AI teaches you

As teacher. Kailini AI explains why direct translation can mislead, shows examples of polite and casual forms, and teaches the back-check method.

As guide. It translates your practice text, shows where wording is uncertain, flags idioms and numbers, and prepares a short list of questions for your native reviewer.

The result

You can adapt a product description, a welcome message and a short customer reply into ten languages, check them with a clear method, and prepare them for review by a native speaker before use.

Custom Agent continuation

A Custom Agent can keep your phrase bank, prepare drafts in each language and mark them "awaiting native review." Nothing is sent without your approval. See the Kailini AI Custom Agent.

Honest note

AI translation can contain errors, especially in tone, legal wording and product safety information. A native speaker should review any text before customers see it. Do not use AI translation alone for contracts, medical or safety instructions. No promise is made about sales in any market.

These courses give methods and examples. We do not promise results or earnings; what you achieve depends on your offer, your effort and your market.
