Who it is for
freelancers, makers and people who run a small business who feel unsure how to set a price for a product or service.
What you will be able to do
- List the real cost of delivering one unit of your offer, including your own time
- Describe the value of your offer from the customer's side
- Choose a price above your floor and consider two or three options
- Present the price clearly, answer "that's expensive" honestly and avoid over-discounting
- Review your pricing regularly and adjust with evidence

The programme
Module 1: Know your costs and time and Know what your customer values
Lessons 1 to 2: Know your costs and time; Know what your customer values.
- Know your costs and time. A price starts with the floor: what it costs you to deliver. Add materials, tools, fees, packaging, delivery, a share of fixed costs such as software and rent, and your time for the work, the admin and the messages around it.
Practice: Build the cost table for one unit and verify the total. - Know what your customer values. Customers do not pay for your costs. They pay for what the offer does for them, compared with their other choices.
Practice: Ask three customers and fill the value map.
Module 2: Set the price and the options and Review and adjust
Lessons 3 to 5: Set the price and the options; Say it with confidence; Review and adjust.
- Set the price and the options. Your price sits between the floor and what the customer's alternatives suggest. Pick a number you can say aloud without apologising.
Practice: Set your price and options and check the margin. - Say it with confidence. State the price plainly and early, with what is included. Do not hide it, apologise for it or add a long justification.
Practice: Role-play three rounds and write your replies. - Review and adjust. Every quarter, look at the facts: what you sold, what it cost, how much time it took, what customers said about price. Are you making what you planned?
Practice: Schedule a quarterly review and write your first review notes.

How Kailini AI teaches you
As teacher. Kailini AI teaches "Know your costs and time" through to "Review and adjust" in plain language, adapts the worked examples to your own situation and explains why a result went wrong.
As guide. For the practice tasks, such as "Build the cost table for one unit and verify the total", it reads your drafts, points out anything unclear or risky and checks your self-check with you.
The result
By the end of the course you can work out your costs and time, understand what your customer values, set a price you can explain, present it calmly and review it as you learn.
Custom Agent continuation
After the course, a Kailini AI Custom Agent can keep your price sheet, recalculate margins when your costs change and draft customer messages for your approval. It checks arithmetic but does not set prices, and it says it is an AI. This is optional and separate. See the Kailini AI Custom Agent.
Honest note
Your AI helper can make mistakes with arithmetic and facts, so you stay in charge and check every figure yourself. Results vary from person to person, and nothing in this course is a promise of sales or income. This course teaches a method for setting prices. The numbers in it are invented. It does not promise sales or income. The price is your decision.
These courses give methods and examples. We do not promise results or earnings; what you achieve depends on your offer, your effort and your market.
