Who it is for
experts and teachers who want to turn what they know into a short online course, with an AI presenter on screen or a synthetic voice, and who prefer not to appear on camera.
What you will be able to do

- Turn the outcome into 6 to 10 short lessons, each with its own small result
- Write a script and slides for each lesson in a consistent pattern
- Choose how the presenter appears and set it up honestly
- Produce the lessons in a repeatable pipeline with a quality check on each
- Write the course page and the rules that protect learners
- Open the course to a first group, collect feedback and improve before wider launch

The programme
Module 1: The learner and the outcome and Scripts and slides
Lessons 1 to 3: The learner and the outcome; The outline; Scripts and slides.
- The learner and the outcome. A course is a path from a starting point to a concrete skill. Define the starting point: what the learner already knows.
Practice: Write learner and outcome. - The outline. Work backwards from the outcome: what must the learner do last, before that, and before that? Each lesson has a title, a goal, a task and a check.
Practice: Complete the outline template. - Scripts and slides. A lesson script has four beats: the problem, the idea, a worked example and the task. Write it for speaking: short sentences, plain words.
Practice: Script and slide outline for lesson 1.
Module 2: The AI presenter and Launch small and improve
Lessons 4 to 7: The AI presenter; Producing the lessons; Honest course page and rules; Launch small and improve.
- The AI presenter. Options: an AI avatar presenter, a synthetic voice over slides, or your own voice over screen recordings. Test each with your script and judge the result as a learner would: clear, calm, watchable.
Practice: Test two presenter options on lesson 1 and choose. - Producing the lessons. Pipeline: script, check facts, slides, presenter or voice, captions, review, export. Do the same steps for each lesson.
Practice: Produce lesson 1 through the whole pipeline and test it with one person. - Honest course page and rules. The page says: who it is for, the outcome as a skill (not a promise of result), the lessons, the format and length, that the presenter is AI, what is needed to take part, support and the refund and complaint policy as required where you operate.
Practice: Draft the page and run the check. - Launch small and improve. Start with five to ten learners. Ask for honest feedback after each lesson: what helped, what confused.
Practice: Plan the pilot: who, how, what you will ask.

How Kailini AI teaches you
As teacher. Kailini AI teaches "The learner and the outcome" through to "Launch small and improve" in plain language, adapts the worked examples to your own situation and explains why a result went wrong.
As guide. For the practice tasks, such as "Write learner and outcome", it reads your drafts, points out anything unclear or risky and checks your self-check with you.
The result
By the end of the course you can define a learner and outcome, outline lessons, write scripts, produce slides with an AI presenter, label it honestly and check quality before launch.
Custom Agent continuation
After the course, a Kailini AI Custom Agent can draft scripts in your outline, answer learner questions from your lessons and keep the feedback log. It hands hard questions to you and says it is an AI. This is optional and separate. See the Kailini AI Custom Agent.
Honest note
Your AI helper can make mistakes, so you stay in charge and check every lesson, slide and claim before learners see it. Results vary from person to person, and nothing in this course is a promise of enrolments or income. This course teaches a method for building a short online course. It does not promise enrolments, learning outcomes for every learner or income. Quality and honesty stay with you.
These courses give methods and examples. We do not promise results or earnings; what you achieve depends on your offer, your effort and your market.
