Who it is for
freelancers, consultants and agencies who work for several clients and want each one kept separate and tidy.
What you will be able to do
- Understand the risk of mixing clients and decide the boundaries of your setup
- Write a one-page brief the helper reads at the start of every session
- Write a rules page that says what the helper may do for this client and what needs the client's approval
- Set up the folder structure and file names so anything can be found in a minute
- Keep a running log and prepare a clean handover when work ends

The programme
Module 1: Why one workspace per client and The client brief
Lessons 1 to 2: Why one workspace per client; The client brief.
- Why one workspace per client. When one chat or one folder holds many clients, details leak: a name in the wrong draft, a price from another quote, a style that does not fit. One workspace per client keeps their facts, voice and files together and keeps the others out.
Practice: List your clients and what must never cross between them. - The client brief. The brief says who the client is, who their customers are, their voice (three adjectives and two sample sentences), what they offer, what they never say, and the goal of the current work. Keep it to a page.
Practice: Write the brief for one client.
Module 2: Rules and approvals and The log and the handover
Lessons 3 to 5: Rules and approvals; Files and naming; The log and the handover.
- Rules and approvals. Rules keep you out of trouble. Examples: the helper drafts only; nothing is published without the client's written approval; no numbers are quoted unless from the client's own price list; every claim needs a source; AI use is disclosed if the client requires it.
Practice: Write rules and an approvals log for one client. - Files and naming. Use the same structure for every client: 00-brief, 01-rules, 02-assets, 03-drafts, 04-approved, 05-published, 06-log. Name files with date, item and version: 2026-10-24_autumn-email_v2.
Practice: Build the blueprint and copy it for one client. - The log and the handover. The log is a few lines per session: date, what was done, what is next, open questions. It lets you pick up after a break and lets the helper catch up fast.
Practice: Write one log entry and a handover checklist.

How Kailini AI teaches you
As teacher. Kailini AI teaches "Why one workspace per client" through to "The log and the handover" in plain language, adapts the worked examples to your own situation and explains why a result went wrong.
As guide. For the practice tasks, such as "List your clients and what must never cross between them", it reads your drafts, points out anything unclear or risky and checks your self-check with you.
The result
By the end of the course you can create a repeatable workspace for each client with its own notes, rules and files, keep client information apart, and hand over cleanly when work ends.
Custom Agent continuation
After the course, a Kailini AI Custom Agent can hold one client's brief and rules, draft inside them and keep the log. One agent per client, no mixing. It asks for approval before anything leaves, and it says it is an AI. This is optional and separate. See the Kailini AI Custom Agent.
Honest note
Your AI helper can make mistakes, so you stay in charge and check what it produces before a client sees it. Results vary from person to person, and nothing in this course is a promise of time saved or income. This course teaches a way to organise client work. It does not promise time saved or earnings. Confidentiality and approvals always stay with you.
These courses give methods and examples. We do not promise results or earnings; what you achieve depends on your offer, your effort and your market.
