The programme
Module 1: Be easy to find and to trust and Local posts that help
Lessons 1 to 3: Be easy to find and to trust; Answer common questions fast; Local posts that help.
- Be easy to find and to trust. Start with the basics: name, address, phone, opening hours, website, services and photos. Make a master sheet with the correct version of each.
Practice: Build the master sheet and fix three mismatches. - Answer common questions fast. List the questions you hear: hours, parking, prices of main services, booking, allergies or requirements, delivery, payment methods. Write short, true answers.
Practice: Write ten answers. - Local posts that help. Local posts help neighbours: what is new, what is on this week, a story from the people who work there, a tip, a thank you. Use real photos of your own place.
Practice: Plan and draft four posts.
Module 2: Reviews, honestly and Seasons and simple offers
Lessons 4 to 6: Reviews, honestly; Complaints and mistakes; Seasons and simple offers.
- Reviews, honestly. Ask satisfied customers in person or in a message, once, with a link and no pressure. Never pay for reviews, write your own, ask friends to pretend or pick only happy customers to ask.
Practice: Write the request message and replies to two reviews. - Complaints and mistakes. Listen first. Repeat what you heard.
Practice: Write your routine and a log template. - Seasons and simple offers. List the year's moments that matter to your customers: holidays, school terms, weather changes, local events. Put each on a calendar with a simple idea and a preparation date.
Practice: Build the year calendar.

How Kailini AI teaches you
As teacher. Kailini AI teaches "Be easy to find and to trust" through to "Seasons and simple offers" in plain language, adapts the worked examples to your own situation and explains why a result went wrong.
As guide. For the practice tasks, such as "Build the master sheet and fix three mismatches", it reads your drafts, points out anything unclear or risky and checks your self-check with you.
The result
By the end of the course you can keep your listings accurate, answer common questions fast, write local posts, ask for reviews honestly, handle complaints well and plan simple seasonal offers.
Custom Agent continuation
After the course, a Kailini AI Custom Agent can answer common questions from your approved list, draft posts and reply drafts for your approval and keep the complaint log. It hands anything unusual to you and says it is an AI. This is optional and separate. See the Kailini AI Custom Agent.
Honest note
Your AI helper can make mistakes, so you stay in charge and check every fact, hour, address and offer before customers see it. Results vary from person to person, and nothing in this course is a promise of customers, sales or income. This course teaches a method for local presence. It does not promise customers or income. Accuracy, fairness and relationships stay with you.
These courses give methods and examples. We do not promise results or earnings; what you achieve depends on your offer, your effort and your market.
