The programme
Module 1: Collect real words and Find the objections
Lessons 1 to 2: Collect real words; Find the objections.
- Collect real words. Objections live in real words. Sources you may use: your own messages and emails (respecting privacy), comments on your posts, reviews of your product, questions asked in public groups where it is allowed, and short conversations with people who did not buy.
Practice: Collect and clean at least 30 comments. - Find the objections. Ask the helper to group the comments into objection types, such as price, trust, fit, timing, effort, delivery, and to quote the lines that support each group. Then check the groups yourself against the comments.
Practice: Produce the top five objections with counts and quotes.
Module 2: Honest answers and Put the answers where people hesitate
Lessons 3 to 4: Honest answers; Put the answers where people hesitate.
- Honest answers. An honest answer does three things: it acknowledges the worry, gives a true fact or a way to reduce the risk, and states a limit if there is one. "Skin sensitivity: our bars have five ingredients, listed in full.
Practice: Write five answers with true facts only. - Put the answers where people hesitate. Put the answer where the worry appears. Delivery worry sits next to the buy button.
