Steps

  1. Rewrite the text for the ear

Text for reading has lists, links and long sentences. Ask for a spoken version: short sentences, one idea at a time, a short recap at the end, about five minutes at a calm pace.

    Weak

    Read this guide aloud.

    Better

Rewrite this guide as a spoken script of about 700 words. Short sentences, no lists or links, say each step's number aloud, and end with a one-line recap.

  2. Generate the voice and say it is AI

Choose a voice, generate the track and listen to it all once. The first sentence says it is an AI voice. If you use a cloned voice, clone only your own.

    Example

This audio guide is read by an AI voice. I wrote the guide; the voice is generated.

  3. Clean the audio

Trim silences, even out the volume and fix words the voice says wrongly by changing the spelling in the script and regenerating that part.

  4. Deliver it after sign-up

Put the file in a cloud folder with a view-only link. Set up a sign-up page and a short email sequence that sends the link and one follow-up. For the comment-word way of handing out a free guide, see /guides/comment-word-lead-magnet/.

  5. Add a cover image

Make a simple cover with the guide title and sharpen it. No faces of real people, no children or animals.

The full instruction

Copy it into any AI chat assistant and change only the first line.

Change only this line: AUDIENCE = [busy parents learning to budget]

You help me turn my written guide into a five-minute audio version.
Who listens: my AUDIENCE. They will listen on the go, for example on a walk or in the car.

Do three things:
1. Rewrite it as a spoken script of about 650-750 words: short sentences, no lists or links, numbers said aloud, one-line recap at the end. Keep every fact from the guide and add none.
2. Make the first line say that the voice is AI.
3. List names and terms an AI voice may say wrongly, with a spelling that helps.

Then, separately, write two short emails: one that sends the listening link after sign-up, and one follow-up two days later.

Start with the spoken script.

Paste your material below this line:

What you end up with

A five-minute audio guide in a labelled AI voice, clean enough to listen to, delivered by email after sign-up, with a simple cover.

Common mistakes

  • Reading the written version aloud, lists and links included.
  • Not saying at the start that the voice is AI.
  • Cloning a voice that is not your own.

Processes that need more than one tool

Thomas, a Kailiniai hero

Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.

  1. Rewrite the text for listening

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → a document editor

    1. Ask the chat assistant for a spoken version of your guide.
    2. Paste it into a document editor and read it aloud once yourself before voicing it.

    The prompt for this process

Rewrite my guide as a script for listening.

    Guide: [paste]
Listener: [who, and where they listen]

About 700 words, short sentences, one idea per sentence, no lists or links, numbers said aloud, a one-line recap at the end. Keep every fact and add none. After writing, read it back as a listener and fix any sentence that is hard to follow by ear.

    Start with the script.

  2. Generate the voice

Tools, in order: Murf → an audio editor

    1. Pick a voice in Murf and generate the full track; the first line says it is an AI voice.
    2. Trim silences and even out the volume in an audio editor.

    The prompt for this process

Prepare my script for an AI voice in Murf.

    Script: [paste]
    Feel: [e.g. calm, warm, clear]

Do three things: describe the voice in 3 lines, add an opening line that says the voice is AI, and list names and terms the voice may say wrongly with a spelling that helps. If I want a cloned voice, remind me to clone only my own.

    Start with the opening line.

  3. Deliver it after sign-up

Tools, in order: Systeme.io → a cloud storage folder

    1. Put the audio file in a cloud storage folder with a view-only link.
    2. Build a sign-up page and a two-email sequence in Systeme.io that sends the link.

    The prompt for this process

Write the sign-up page and email sequence for my free audio guide, built in Systeme.io.

    Guide title: [title]
    Who it helps: [audience]
    Listening link: [paste]

Write: a sign-up page headline of at most 10 words, three lines on what they will hear, a first email that sends the link and says the voice is AI, and a follow-up two days later. No urgency, no promises of results.

    Start with the headline.

  4. Cover image

Tools, in order: Higgsfield → Fotor

    1. Generate a simple cover background in Higgsfield.
    2. Add the title and sharpen the cover in Fotor.

    The prompt for this process

Write a cover image prompt for my audio guide in Higgsfield.

    Guide topic: [topic]
    Brand colours: [hex codes]

Write 3 prompts of at most 30 words: a calm, simple image with room for the title, objects or places only, no people, no children, no animals, no text in the image. Then suggest a title layout and the size I need for a square cover.

    Start with prompt 1.
