Guide

Twenty ad images from three product photos

Ema, a Kailiniai hero

For this guide and its prompts we recommend:

  • Fotor removes busy backgrounds and corrects the light of your three photos before any scene is made. Free plan (source)
  • Higgsfield places the cut-out product in simple scenes that you then check against the original photo.

You can now turn three photos into twenty ads.

Twenty static ad images in three sizes made from your own photos, with three picked for a test.

What you need

Sandra, a Kailiniai hero
  • Three sharp photos of your product, taken by you
  • Fotor for background removal and light
  • Higgsfield for scenes and backgrounds
  • Any AI chat assistant and a design tool for the headlines
  • Your ad platform's ad manager and a spreadsheet
  • FotorClean, sharp photos without a reshootFree plan
  • HiggsfieldScenes and motion that look planned
  • YouCamTidy photos without hours of manual retouchingFree plan

Steps

  1. Clean the three photos first

Remove busy backgrounds and correct the light. Change nothing about the product itself: colour, shape, text and size stay as they are.

  2. Plan the twenty images in a list before generating

Write a list with one row per image: source photo, scene, headline, size. Mix a few scenes with plain backgrounds, and plan square, vertical and wide sizes.

    Example

Photo 2, linen bag on a wooden bench by a window, headline 'Fits a laptop and a lunch', square and vertical.

  3. Generate scenes, and keep the product exactly as sold

Place the cut-out product in simple scenes. Compare every image with the original photo. No people unless it is you, a person who gave written consent or an AI model labelled as AI, and no AI children or animals. Where a scene could mislead, add 'Scene created with AI'.

    Weak

Put my bag in a luxury setting with happy customers.

    Better

Place this exact bag on a wooden bench by a window, morning light. Keep its colour, size and logo exactly as in the photo. No people.

  4. Write short headlines with no result claims

Each headline says one true thing about the product. No before and after, no promised results, no invented numbers.

    Weak

Lose the clutter forever, with twice the space of any other bag.

    Better

Three pockets, one zip, fits under a train seat.

  5. Pick three and compare them fairly

Choose three images that differ in one way (scene, headline or size), run them with the same audience and budget, and log the results in a spreadsheet. Keep the winner as the start of the next round.

The full instruction

Copy it into any AI chat assistant and change only the first line.

Change only this line: PRODUCT = [a green ceramic vase, 25 cm tall, no logo]

You help me plan twenty ad images of my PRODUCT from three of my own product photos.

Below this prompt I paste: the exact colour, material, size and any text or logo; a short description of each of my three photos; who buys it and how they use it; and the facts I can prove.
Sizes I need: square, vertical, wide.

Do four things:
1. A table of 20 rows: source photo, scene idea, headline, size.
2. For each scene, an image prompt of at most 35 words that says the product keeps its exact colour, size, material and text. No people, no children, no animals.
3. Headlines of at most 8 words, each based on one fact I gave. No before and after, no result claims, no numbers I did not give.
4. Which 3 images to test first and the one thing that differs between them.

Start with the table.

Paste your material below this line:

What you end up with

Twenty images that still show the product exactly as sold, in three sizes, with AI scenes labelled where they could mislead and three images ready for a fair test.

Common mistakes

  • Keeping a scene where the product changed colour, shape or size.
  • Writing headlines that promise results you cannot prove.
  • Testing three images that differ in several ways at once.

Processes that need more than one tool

Thomas, a Kailiniai hero

Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.

  1. Clean the photos

Tools, in order: Fotor → Higgsfield

    1. Remove the background and correct the light of all three photos in Fotor.
    2. Upload the clean cut-outs to Higgsfield as the starting images for the scenes.

    The prompt for this process

I am cleaning three product photos in Fotor (background removal, light) before I use them in Higgsfield for ad scenes.

Product: [what it is, real colour, material, any text or logo]
What each photo shows: [describe photo 1, 2 and 3]

Write a short checklist for each cleaned photo: edges, light, colour compared with the real product, shadows. Then list 3 things I must never change in the photo, so every ad still shows the product exactly as sold.

Start with the checklist for photo 1.

  2. Generate scenes and backgrounds

Tools, in order: Higgsfield → YouCam

    1. Generate simple scenes and plain backgrounds around the cut-out product in Higgsfield.
    2. Make one on-person variant in YouCam only from your own photo, a person who consented or a model labelled as AI.

    The prompt for this process

Write image prompts for Higgsfield that place my product in simple ad scenes.

Product: [exact colour, material, size, text or logo]
    How buyers use it: [describe]
Look of my brand: [e.g. light wood, white walls, daylight]
    Number of scenes: [e.g. 7]

Write one prompt of at most 35 words per scene. Every prompt says the product keeps its exact colour, size, material and text. No people, no children, no animals. Then write the label "Scene created with AI" and say which scenes need it because they could mislead.

    Start with scene 1.

  3. Put short headlines on the images

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → a design tool

    1. Ask the chat assistant for short headlines based only on facts you can prove.
    2. Place the headlines on the images in a design tool and export square, vertical and wide sizes.

    The prompt for this process

Write short headlines for my product ad images.

    Product: [what it is]
    Facts I can prove: [paste]
    Who buys it: [audience]

Write 10 headlines of at most 8 words, each based on one fact above. No before and after, no promised results, no numbers I did not give, no urgency. For each headline, say which fact it uses and whether it fits a square, vertical or wide image best.

    Start with headline 1.

  4. Upload and compare

Tools, in order: an ad manager → a spreadsheet

    1. Upload the three chosen images to your ad platform's ad manager with the same audience and budget.
    2. Copy the results into a spreadsheet after the test and pick one to keep.

    The prompt for this process

Help me compare three ad images fairly.

The three images: [describe each and the one thing that differs]
Audience and budget I set: [describe]
Figures from my ad manager after the test: [paste]

First check that only one thing differs between the three images. Then, using only the figures I pasted, say which image to keep and what single change to try in the next round. Do not guess figures I did not give.

    Start with the check.
