What you need

Sandra, a Kailiniai hero
  • Your own photos of the team, shop and products
  • Consent from every person shown
  • Fotor for light, sharpness and background removal
  • YouCam for retouching and clutter removal
  • Higgsfield, a design tool and any AI chat assistant that edits images
  • FotorClean, sharp photos without a reshootFree plan
  • YouCamTidy photos without hours of manual retouchingFree plan
  • HiggsfieldScenes and motion that look planned

Steps

  1. Fix the team photo, with consent

Correct light and sharpness and fix small things like a closed eye. Edit people only with their consent and never change faces or bodies beyond what they agree to.

  2. Make a menu or poster image

Generate a simple background that fits the season or event, then add your real text, prices and dates in a design tool. Check every price and date against the source before printing.

  3. Clean up a shop photo, honestly

Remove passing cars, boxes or cables, and sharpen. Do not remove things a visitor will see, add space that is not there or change how the premises really look.

    Weak

Make my shop look bigger and brand new.

    Better

Remove the delivery boxes in front of the door and the cable on the left. Keep the room size, walls and furniture exactly as they are.

  4. Edit with a prompt for small changes

Describe one change at a time: what to change, what must stay the same. Compare the result with the original before you keep it.

    Example

Change the background to a plain light grey wall. Keep the product, its colour, its label and its shadow exactly as they are.

  5. Finish product, banner and profile picture

Clean the product photo, crop the banner to the size your site needs and make a clear profile picture from your own logo or photo. The product looks exactly as sold.

The full instruction

Copy it into any AI chat assistant and change only the first line.

Change only this line: BUSINESS = [a family bakery with two shops]

You help me plan seven everyday image edits for my business.
My business is my BUSINESS.
Images I need: team photo, menu, poster, shop photo, product, banner, profile picture.

Before you start, ask me one question at a time: which photos I have (team photo, shop photo, product photo, logo) and the sizes I need (for example website banner, profile picture, A4 poster).

For each of the seven images, write:
1. The edit to make, in one sentence.
2. What must stay exactly as it is (faces, product, room, prices).
3. A prompt of at most 30 words for the edit.
4. One check before I use it.

No AI children or animals, no fake people, no change that misleads about what I sell or how my premises look.

After my answers, start with the team photo.

What you end up with

Seven images that do real jobs, edited honestly: people only with consent, products and premises shown as they really are.

Common mistakes

  • Editing a person's face or body without asking them.
  • Removing things from a shop photo that customers will see when they arrive.
  • Asking for several changes in one prompt and not checking what else changed.

Processes that need more than one tool

Thomas, a Kailiniai hero

Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.

  1. Fix a team photo

Tools, in order: Fotor → YouCam

    1. Correct light and sharpness of the team photo in Fotor.
    2. Fix only small agreed things, such as a closed eye, in YouCam, and show the result to everyone in the photo.

    The prompt for this process

I am fixing a team photo: light and sharpness in Fotor, small retouching in YouCam.

What is wrong with the photo: [describe]
What each person agreed to: [e.g. fix closed eyes only]

List the edits to make in order, and for each one say what must stay unchanged (faces, bodies, skin, clothes). Then write a short message asking everyone in the photo to approve the final version.

    Start with the edit list.

  2. Menu or poster image

Tools, in order: Higgsfield → a design tool

    1. Generate a simple background for the season or event in Higgsfield.
    2. Add your real text, prices and dates in a design tool and check them against the source.

    The prompt for this process

Write a background image prompt for Higgsfield for my [menu or poster].

    Business: [what you do]
    Event or season: [describe]
Space needed for text: [e.g. top half empty]

Write 3 prompts of at most 30 words each: no text in the image, no people, no children, no animals, plain area left for my text. Then write a checklist to compare every price and date on the final design with my source list.

    Start with prompt 1.

  3. Remove clutter from a shop photo

Tools, in order: YouCam → Fotor

    1. Remove passing clutter such as boxes, cables or cars in YouCam.
    2. Sharpen the result in Fotor and compare it with the original side by side.

    The prompt for this process

I am removing clutter from a photo of my shop in YouCam, then sharpening it in Fotor.

    What the photo shows: [describe]
What I want removed: [e.g. delivery boxes, a cable]

For each item, say whether removing it could mislead a visitor (is it always there when they arrive). List what must stay exactly as it is: room size, walls, furniture, signs. Then write the removal instruction for the items that are fine to remove.

    Start with the check.

  4. Edit with a prompt

Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Fotor

    1. Ask a chat assistant that edits images for one change at a time, saying what must stay the same.
    2. Fix light and sharpness of the kept result in Fotor.

    The prompt for this process

Help me write one-change image edit prompts.

    The photo: [describe]
    Changes I want: [list]

For each change, write a prompt of at most 30 words with two parts: what to change, and what must stay exactly the same (product, colour, label, faces, room). One change per prompt. Then say which change carries the highest risk of altering something else, and what to compare after it.

    Start with change 1.

  5. Product, banner and profile picture

Tools, in order: Fotor → a design tool

    1. Remove the background and fix the light of the product photo in Fotor.
    2. Crop the banner and the profile picture to the sizes your site and platforms need in a design tool.

    The prompt for this process

I need three finished images: a product photo, a website banner and a profile picture.

    Source photos: [describe]
Sizes: [banner size, profile size, product size]
    Where each is used: [describe]

For each image, list: crop and size, what the clean-up in Fotor should fix (background, light, sharpness), what must not change about the product, and one check before upload.

    Start with the product photo.
