Steps
Steps marked with a source come from public Instagram posts, read on 22 Oct 2026 (captions and spoken words only, no comments). The method here is rewritten for general use.
Collect the questions each product gets
Mariah Brunner noticed customers asked all kinds of questions about her products and asked: what if the products could answer themselves. List the five questions each product gets most, with your true answer: material, fit, care, what it goes with.
Write each product's lines in its own voice, true facts only
In her video each product speaks in the first person about what it is made of and how to look after it. Write three to five short lines per product, each under 20 words, using only facts you can prove.
ExampleI am made of soft organic cotton. Wash me cold and dry me on low.
Give it an AI voice and read the licence
She gave the products voices with an AI voice tool and directed how each should sound. Pick one calm voice per product, check that your plan allows commercial use and say clearly that the voice is AI.
Animate the photo and label it as AI
Clean the light and background of your own product photo, then add gentle motion and the voice. Put the clip next to the product's questions on the product page, with a line saying the voice and motion are made with AI.
The full instruction
Copy it into any AI chat assistant and change only the first line.
Change only this line: PRODUCT = [a dark green merino wool scarf] You help me write short lines for my PRODUCT, which answers its own customer questions in a labelled AI clip. Up to five questions customers ask and my true answers are pasted below. Write 3-5 lines in the product's first-person voice, each under 20 words, answering the questions in order. Use only the facts I gave; mark anything missing as [MISSING?]. No health claims, no "best", no promises about results. End with a short on-screen label saying the voice and motion are made with AI. Then list three things I must check on the voice tool's plan page before I use the clip to sell. Paste your material below this line:
What you end up with
A few short, honest clips that answer real questions on the product page, made from photos you own and labelled as AI, so customers know who is talking.
Common mistakes
- Letting the script add claims the product cannot back up.
- Leaving out the AI label on the voice and motion.
- Using a voice plan that does not allow commercial use.
- Animating a photo so much that the product changes shape or colour.
Processes that need more than one tool
Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.
Collect the questions each product gets
Tools, in order: a spreadsheet → any AI chat assistant
- List the five questions each product gets most, from messages, reviews and returns.
- Write your true answer next to each and ask a chat assistant to sort them by how often they come up.
Recommended approach for this step: a spreadsheet → any AI chat assistant
Learning: you see which doubts stop people from buying
The prompt for this process
Sort these customer questions by product and by how often they appear, and merge duplicates. My material: [paste, with names and private details removed] For each product, keep the top five questions. Do not answer them; I will add the true answers myself. Start with the first product.
Write each product's lines in its own voice, true facts only
Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → a notes page
- Ask a chat assistant for short first-person lines from your true answers.
- Read every line aloud and delete any claim you cannot prove.
Recommended approach for this step: any AI chat assistant → a notes page
Quality: every line is a fact you can stand behind
The prompt for this process
Write 3-5 first-person lines for my product, each under 20 words. The product: [what it is] Questions and my true answers: [paste] Answer the questions in order, in a friendly voice. Use only my facts; mark anything missing as [MISSING?]. No health claims and no superlatives. Start with the first question.
Give it an AI voice and read the licence
Tools, in order: Murf → the voice plan's terms page
- Make the voice-over in Murf, one calm voice per product.
- Check on the plan page that commercial use is allowed before you publish.
Recommended for this step: Murf
Money: no licence trouble after publishing
The prompt for this process
List the questions I must answer on an AI voice tool's plan page before I use a voice-over to sell a product. Where the clip will be used: [product page, social posts, ads] Cover commercial use, attribution, where the clip may be shown and what happens if I stop paying. Tell me to check each answer on the tool's own terms page. Start with commercial use.
Animate the photo and label it as AI
Tools, in order: Fotor → Higgsfield
- Fix the light and background of your product photo in Fotor.
- Add gentle motion in Higgsfield, put the voice-over on and add the AI label.
Recommended for this step: Fotor + Higgsfield
Time: a product clip from a photo you already own
The prompt for this process
Write a photo-to-video prompt for a short product clip with gentle motion. The product: [what it is, colour, material] At most 35 words: the motion (slow turn or soft light change), the camera (still or slow push in) and this line at the end: "Keep the product exactly as in the photo: same colour, shape, size and text." No people, children or animals, no added objects. Start with the motion.
For this result we recommend these tools

We recommend a specialised tool for each process rather than one tool that does everything. Tools that try to do everything rarely do any one job really well, because no single function gets perfected. It is the same in life, in business and in relationships: spread your attention over ten places and nothing gets done properly.
