Steps
Write the copy from your own facts
List the facts first, then ask for copy that uses only them: a headline, what you do, who it is for, how it works, the enquiry. No awards, numbers or reviews you do not have.
WeakWrite an amazing website for my cleaning business.
BetterFrom these facts only, write a one-page site: headline of at most 10 words, three short sections and an enquiry line. Facts: [list]. Write [MISSING?] where a fact is needed.
Build the page with your own clean photos
Pick a simple one-page layout in a website builder and use your own photos of your work, with light and sharpness fixed. The photos show your work as it really is.
Add an enquiry form
Embed a short form with only the questions you need to reply: name, how to reach them, what they need. Say in one line how you will use their details.
Run a launch checklist
Before you publish, check spelling, every link and phone number, the form on a phone, the page speed and the privacy page. For the privacy policy and other legal pages, check with a professional.
ExampleItem, checked by, date, result: headline spelling, phone number dials, form arrives in inbox, page speed on phone, privacy page link works.
The full instruction
Copy it into any AI chat assistant and change only the first line.
Change only this line: BUSINESS = [a mobile dog grooming service for busy owners in my town] You write a one-page website for my BUSINESS from my own facts. First ask me, one question at a time: which facts I can prove (services, area, opening hours, years in trade if true, prices if published), how people should contact me (enquiry form, phone) and my tone in three words. Write: 1. A headline of at most 10 words and a subline of at most 20 words. 2. Three short sections: what I do, who it is for, how it works. 3. An enquiry section with one line on how I use their details. Use only my facts. Where a fact is needed, write [MISSING?] and say what is missing. No invented numbers, awards or reviews. After my answers, start with the headline.
What you end up with
A live one-page site with copy built only from your facts, your own photos, an enquiry form that works on a phone and a checked launch list.
Common mistakes
- Letting the AI invent experience, numbers or reviews.
- Using stock or AI photos that do not show your real work.
- Publishing before testing the form on a phone.
Processes that need more than one tool
Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.
Write copy from your own facts
Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → a shared document
- List your facts in a shared document and give them to the chat assistant.
- Paste the returned copy under the facts and remove anything that is not backed by them.
The prompt for this process
Write one-page website copy using only my facts. Facts: [paste services, area, hours, how to contact, anything true about how you work] Tone: [three words] A headline of at most 10 words, a subline of at most 20 words, three sections of at most 50 words (what I do, who it is for, how it works) and an enquiry line. Write [MISSING: what] where a fact is needed. No invented numbers, awards or reviews. Start with the headline.
Build the page with clean photos
Tools, in order: a website builder → Fotor
- Fix the light and sharpness of your own work photos in Fotor, without changing what they show.
- Pick a simple one-page layout in a website builder and place the copy and photos.
The prompt for this process
Help me lay out a one-page website with my own photos, cleaned in Fotor for light and sharpness only. My sections: [paste headings] Photos I have: [describe each] Match one photo to each section and say why in one line. Where no photo fits, describe what to photograph. List two checks so each cleaned photo still shows my work as it really is. Suggest the order of sections on a phone screen. Start with the photo match.
Enquiry form
Tools, in order: Typeform → a website builder
- Build a short enquiry Typeform with only the questions you need to reply.
- Embed it on the page in the website builder and send yourself a test enquiry from a phone.
The prompt for this process
Write a short enquiry form for my one-page website, built in Typeform. My business: [one sentence] What I need to know to reply: [e.g. what they need, where, when] At most 4 questions in plain words, the line that says how I use their details, and a thank-you screen that says when and how I will reply: [your reply time]. No pressure, no urgency. Start with question 1.
Launch checklist
Tools, in order: a spreadsheet → a free page speed test
- Write the launch checklist in a spreadsheet with a column for who checked what and when.
- Run a free page speed test on the live page and fix what it flags before you share the link.
The prompt for this process
Write a launch checklist for my one-page website. Page sections: [paste] Contact options: [form, phone, email] At most 12 checks as a table: item, how to check, checked by, date. Include spelling, every link and phone number, the form on a phone, page speed on a phone, image sizes, the privacy page link and a line saying to check the privacy policy with a professional. Start with the table.
For this result we recommend these tools
This guide describes a result. These tools are one way to get there faster. Whether one pays for itself depends on your work, and we promise no result.

We recommend a specialised tool for each process rather than one tool that does everything. Tools that try to do everything rarely do any one job really well, because no single function gets perfected. It is the same in life, in business and in relationships: spread your attention over ten places and nothing gets done properly.
