Steps
Pick the offer and the dates from last year's orders
Start from what already sold, not from a guess. Export last year's orders for the same season and your stock today, and ask a chat assistant for three offer options. Each option has a real end date and says what it costs you.
WeakGive me a big holiday sale idea that creates urgency.
BetterHere are last year's December orders and today's stock. Suggest 3 offers with a fixed end date and the cost of each to me.
Make the campaign images from your own product photos
Clean the light and background of your own photos first, then place the product in a few seasonal scenes. Compare every image with the real product: colour, size and text must not change.
Write three emails: announce, reminder, last day
Three short emails are enough. Each one states the same true end date and has one clear link. No countdown tricks and no stock numbers you cannot prove.
WeakOnly 2 left. Hurry, the sale may end any minute.
BetterThe sale ends on Sunday 29 November at midnight. After that, prices go back to normal.
Schedule the posts across your channels
Plan seven posts, one per day, each with the end date stated plainly. Schedule them in one sitting, then check each one on a phone before the first goes out.
Review what sold and keep the recipe
When the sale ends, collect the results and write one page: what to repeat, what to drop, what to start earlier next season. The next campaign starts from a tested plan.
The full instruction
Copy it into any AI chat assistant and change only the first line.
Change only this line: PRODUCT = [handmade soy candles] You help my online store plan an honest holiday sale in one afternoon. My store sells PRODUCT. Below I paste a short export of last year's orders for this season (product, units, price) and my stock today. Ask me for the season, the real last day of the sale and the channels I use, one question at a time. Do four things: 1. Suggest 3 offer options based only on what sold last year and what I have in stock. For each: the offer, the real end date and what it costs me. 2. For the option I mark as chosen, write a one-page campaign brief: offer, dates, five image ideas, three emails (announce, reminder, last day) and seven daily posts. 3. In every email and post, state the end date plainly. No countdown timers, no invented stock numbers, no "last chance" unless it is the last day. 4. List every claim in the plan that I must check before publishing. Start with the three offer options. Paste your material below this line:
What you end up with
A finished campaign you planned in one afternoon: an offer that fits what really sells, five images of your real products, three emails and seven posts with one honest end date, plus a one-page recap for next season. Using one specialised tool per job, instead of one tool for everything, is what keeps the fixing time short and the result clean.
Common mistakes
- Choosing the offer from a gut feeling instead of last year's orders.
- Using a countdown or stock message that is not true.
- Letting a generated scene change the product's colour or size.
Processes that need more than one tool
Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.
Pick the offer and the dates from last year's orders
Tools, in order: Shopify → any AI chat assistant
- Export last year's orders for the same season and today's stock from Shopify.
- Paste both into a chat assistant and ask for three offers, each with a real end date and its cost to you.
- Create the chosen discount in Shopify with the same end date.
Recommended for this step: Shopify
Money: the offer is chosen from what already sells, not from a guess
The prompt for this process
I sell on Shopify and want to choose an honest holiday offer from real data. Last year's orders for this season (product, units sold, price): [paste] Stock today (product, units): [paste] My margin per product, roughly: [paste or say "unknown"] The last day the sale can run: [date] Suggest 3 offer options. For each one give: the offer in one sentence, the products it covers, the real end date, what it costs me per order and the risk (for example running out of stock). Use only the numbers I gave you; if something is missing, ask for it instead of guessing. Start with option 1.
Make the campaign images from your own product photos
Tools, in order: Fotor → Higgsfield
- Fix the light and remove a busy background from your product photos in Fotor.
- Place the clean product into seasonal scenes in Higgsfield, one scene per prompt.
- Compare each image with the real product and drop any that changed it.
Recommended for this step: Fotor + Higgsfield
Money: no extra photo shoot for the season
The prompt for this process
I am making five holiday campaign images from my own product photos. First I clean the photos in Fotor (light, background), then I place the product into scenes in Higgsfield. Product: [what it is, colour, material, size] Campaign idea: [e.g. a warm winter evening at home] Where the images will be used: [store banner, email header, posts] Write 5 scene prompts of at most 35 words each. Every prompt describes the scene, the light and the camera angle, and ends with: "Keep the product exactly as in the photo: same colour, shape, size and text." No people, children or animals. Then list 4 things I must compare between each image and the real product before I use it. Start with scene prompt 1.
Write three emails: announce, reminder, last day
Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Systeme.io
- Ask a chat assistant for three short emails that all state the same end date.
- Put them into a Systeme.io email sequence with the send days set.
- Send a test of each email to yourself and read it on a phone.
Recommended for this step: Systeme.io
Time: one sequence is written once and sends itself
The prompt for this process
Write three short emails for my holiday sale. They will be sent as an automatic email sequence in Systeme.io. Offer: [one sentence] Real end date and time: [e.g. Sunday 29 November, midnight] Link: [LINK?] My voice: [e.g. warm, short sentences, no exclamation marks] Email 1 (announce), email 2 (reminder halfway), email 3 (last day). Each email: a subject line of at most 45 characters, at most 90 words, the same end date stated plainly and one clear link. No countdown tricks, no invented stock numbers, no "only a few left" unless I tell you it is true. Start with email 1.
Schedule the posts across your channels
Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Blotato
- Ask a chat assistant for seven daily posts from the campaign brief.
- Schedule all seven in Blotato with the campaign images.
- Check every scheduled post on a phone before the first one goes out.
Recommended for this step: Blotato
Time: a week of posts scheduled in one sitting
The prompt for this process
Write seven social posts for my holiday sale, one per day. I will schedule them in Blotato. Campaign brief: [paste the one-page brief] Channels: [e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok] Real end date: [date] For each post give: the day, a caption of at most 60 words, which campaign image to use and one line of on-image text of at most 6 words. Every caption states the end date plainly. Vary the angle (the product in use, a detail, a gift idea, a question) but never invent facts. Start with day 1.
Review what sold and keep the recipe
Tools, in order: any AI chat assistant → Gamma
- Collect the results: orders, email opens and clicks, post reach.
- Ask a chat assistant to sort them into repeat, drop and change.
- Turn the answer into a one-page recap in Gamma and keep it for next season.
Recommended for this step: Gamma
Quality: next season starts from a tested plan
The prompt for this process
My holiday sale has ended. Help me write a one-page recap that I will lay out in Gamma. Results: [orders and revenue by product, email opens and clicks, best and worst posts] What went wrong or took too long: [notes] Write the recap in four short parts: what sold and why I think so, what to repeat, what to drop, what to start earlier next season. Mark every statement that is a guess rather than a number from my results. No more than 250 words. Start with what sold.

We recommend a specialised tool for each process rather than one tool that does everything. Tools that try to do everything rarely do any one job really well, because no single function gets perfected. It is the same in life, in business and in relationships: spread your attention over ten places and nothing gets done properly.
