Steps
Collect the real questions, without names
Copy questions from your store inbox, emails and messages from the last months. Remove names, order numbers and anything personal before you paste them anywhere.
Group them and count them
Ask the assistant to group the questions by topic and count how many of the pasted questions fall into each group. The biggest groups go on the FAQ page first.
ExampleDelivery and tracking, Sizes and fit, Returns, Care and washing, Payment.
Write the FAQ page from your real answers
Give your real answers, not the AI's guesses. Ask for short questions in the customer's own words and short answers. Check every answer against your policies before publishing.
WeakWrite an FAQ for my store.
BetterHere are 30 real questions grouped by topic and my answers. Write one FAQ entry per group in the customer's words, answers of at most 50 words, using only my answers.
Turn ten answers into ten posts
Each post answers one question. Quote a customer's words only with their permission. Add a simple photo of the real product with light and sharpness fixed, and schedule the posts. For a quick weekly post routine with a different source, see /guides/week-of-posts-in-twenty-minutes/.
The full instruction
Copy it into any AI chat assistant and change only the first line.
Change only this line: STORE = [natural skincare for sensitive skin] You help me build an FAQ page from the questions my customers really ask. My store sells my STORE. Below I paste real customer questions with names removed, then my answers and policies. Do three things: 1. Group the questions by topic and count how many pasted questions fall into each group. 2. Write one FAQ entry per group: the question in the customer's own words and an answer of at most 50 words, using only my answers and policies. Where I gave no answer, write [ANSWER NEEDED?]. 3. Pick the ten questions that make the most useful posts and write a post of at most 60 words for each, without customer names. Start with the groups. Paste your material below this line:
What you end up with
An FAQ page that answers what people really ask, ten posts that reuse those answers and fewer repeat questions in your inbox.
Common mistakes
- Letting the AI invent answers to questions you never answered.
- Leaving names or order details in the pasted questions.
- Quoting a customer in a post without asking them.
Processes that need more than one tool
Each process below uses several tools, each for the job it does best. Any AI chat assistant works where one is named.

We recommend a specialised tool for each process rather than one tool that does everything. Tools that try to do everything rarely do any one job really well, because no single function gets perfected. It is the same in life, in business and in relationships: spread your attention over ten places and nothing gets done properly.
