Webhook
A webhook is an automatic message one program sends to another when something happens, such as a new form answer.
What it means in practice
It lets tools react straight away instead of checking again and again. Treat the web address of a webhook like a password, because anyone who has it can send data to it.
Example
A form that pings your automation the moment a customer submits it.
