Orchestration
Orchestration is coordinating several AI models, tools and steps so they run in the right order and pass results to each other.
What it means in practice
It matters once a task needs more than one step, such as transcribe, summarise and send. Add checks between steps so one error does not spread.
Example
A chain that transcribes a call, drafts a summary and puts it in the right client folder.
