Partnership terms

This page is a plain summary. The signed agreement is the binding document.

Parties and purpose

You, the creator, and Kailiniai.com. You share Kailiniai products with your own audience and earn a commission on confirmed sales made through your link or code.

Adults whose activity fits and whose audience is real, as set out in How we choose. We decide by hand and may decline or end a partnership with a short reason.

Commission on Kailiniai products sold through your link or code. A commission is counted after the payment is confirmed and returned if the buyer is refunded.

The percentages, the attribution window, the payout threshold, the payout schedule and the payout method are set in your agreement. Nothing in public text is a promise of income.

Sales are credited to you through your referral code and link. How a sale is credited when several links were used is written in the agreement.

Be honest and clear. Label partner links. Do not make claims about results you cannot show.

Bidding on our brand names in ads, spam or misleading content, promising income, posing as a person or as a Kailiniai hero, hiding that a link earns a commission, buying through your own link.

We use your details to run the programme and to pay you. See the privacy policy.

Either side may end the partnership in writing. Commission already earned on confirmed sales is paid as the agreement says.

We tell you in writing before any change to the terms applies to you.
